Shipping Policies

1. Order Processing
All orders placed through our platform are securely processed using Square, a reliable system that ensures the protection of our customers’ personal and financial information. To guarantee the utmost freshness and quality of our products, orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. This timeframe allows us to prepare each order with meticulous attention and care, selecting ingredients rigorously and ensuring that every product meets our high standards of excellence. Orders placed outside this window will be scheduled for the next available shipping cycle.
2. Packaging and Preservation
Our products are carefully prepared and shipped ready to eat, utilizing vacuum-sealing methods that preserve their original freshness, texture, and flavor. Each package is further protected with high-quality thermal materials designed to maintain the optimal temperature throughout transit. We complement this packaging with gel ice packs to ensure the product remains in ideal condition until it reaches the customer. This rigorous packaging process minimizes any risk of deterioration due to temperature fluctuations or handling during shipping.
3. Shipping Method
For our shipping logistics, we have chosen FedEx as our primary carrier due to its nationwide reputation for efficiency, speed, and reliability. We offer the Overnight (next-day delivery) shipping option for customers requiring maximum freshness and speed. While we work closely with FedEx to ensure punctuality, external factors such as adverse weather conditions, holidays, or logistical network incidents may affect estimated delivery times.
4. Shipping and Restricted Delivery Days
Shipments are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday to ensure that our products arrive fresh and in optimal condition. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or FedEx-recognized holidays due to logistical suspensions and the inability to guarantee the cold chain during those days. Additionally, shipments outside Monroe County are not dispatched on these holidays to protect the integrity and freshness of our products against possible logistic delays. It is important to note that high demand and operational restrictions during these dates may lead to additional delivery delays.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on factors such as delivery address, total order weight, and chosen shipping method. This ensures customers have full transparency of the total amount payable before completing their purchase. We do not offer free shipping except during specific promotional campaigns that will be properly announced. This policy enables us to maintain high-quality service where each shipment is handled with the care necessary to preserve product freshness and condition throughout transit.
6. Shipping Areas
Currently, we ship exclusively within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories. This decision is aimed at ensuring delivery times that do not compromise the freshness and quality of our products. We are evaluating the possibility of expanding our shipping areas in the future, provided we can maintain the quality standards and customer satisfaction our clients expect.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and up-to-date delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package on the scheduled date. If the carrier is unable to deliver due to incorrect data, recipient absence, or any other circumstance beyond our control, the restaurant assumes no responsibility for delays, losses, or damages that may occur. We recommend carefully verifying information at the time of order to avoid inconveniences.
8. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been dispatched. However, in exceptional cases where the product arrives damaged, spoiled, or deteriorated due to reasons attributable to our company, customers may contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order. To proceed with a claim, photographic evidence and specific details will be required to evaluate the situation. If the damage is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be issued accordingly, always aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
